Heavy rainfall prompted changes to the Lollapalooza schedule on Saturday, with some acts knocked off the lineup.
Doors to the festival opened late on Saturday because of the rainy weather and festivalgoers were let in around 3 p.m., 4 hours after they were previously scheduled to open at 11 a.m.
The delayed start meant several of the artists scheduled to perform during the first few hours of the festival’s third day were knocked off the lineup.
Lucy Bedroque, previously scheduled to play T-Mobile stage at 1:10 p.m., Peace Control and MC4D, previously scheduled to perform on Perry’s Stage back-to-back starting at noon, and Ric Wilson, previously scheduled to play Bud Light stage at 1:15 p.m., were among the handful of shows that did not appear on the schedule after the weather delay.
The Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra’s performance that was scheduled to take place on Tito’s stage at 8 p.m. was also removed from the schedule, and DJ Trixie Mattel’s performance was shortened by 15 minutes.

More rain throughout the afternoon on Saturday is possible, with the National Weather Service warning localized flooding is possible from intermittent showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Friday’s rain also posed problems for the music fest, including forcing Lil Uzi Vert to postpone his set on Friday.
