According to The Hollywood Reporter's new intel shared by a close source, the country-pop princess has officially signed with Atlantic Records, where she plans to release music sooner rather than later, if an update from May 2025 is anything to go by, that is. "My next album is about to be extremely experimental, so have fun with that," she teased at the time, during an album listening event for Something Beautiful, per THR.
The new deal follows the release of Endless Summer Vacation (2023)—which produced No. 1 smash hit "Flowers" when the track debuted in the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 on Jan. 28, and earned the star her very first Grammy—and her most recent project, Something Beautiful (2025), which hit No. 1 on the Billboard Vinyl Albums chart and peaked at No. 4 on the main Billboard 200.
Before she transitioned to Columbia, Cyrus was with RCA for a nearly decade-long stint, where she released her albums Bangerz, Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz, Younger Now, and Plastic Hearts.
It's shaping up to be a big career year for the former Disney sensation. She recently celebrated a huge milestone for Hannah Montana with its 20th anniversary special, as well as receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in May.
“To my family, my future family, parents, my mom, my siblings, my friends, my collaborators, thank you for loving and supporting not only the choices that I make, but my fears, and then facing them with me,” Cyrus said during the ceremony. “Today is something that I’ll never forget and I’m always going to cherish.
