Backroom in terms of science and medicine data, both in the men's and the women's game, is in an exceptional position,” the ECB chief executive expressed.
“We've reached a semi-final of the most recent men's ICC tournament, the final of the most recent women's tournament. So it's not baby and bath-water; it's about finding the precise areas where we can improve the quickest”, he added.
