Bad Bunny and adidas Originals are preparing to release the next chapter in the Puerto Rican superstar's growing sneaker line with the upcoming adidas BadBo 1.1.
The new model is expected to launch on Sept. 15, carrying a retail price of $120 through adidas CONFIRMED and select retailers. The release introduces a low-top version of Bad Bunny's signature footwear after the success of the BadBo 1.0 series.
The announcement arrives during one of the biggest years of Bad Bunny's career. The artist, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, continues to dominate music and entertainment following his Grammy victories, his record-setting Super Bowl LX halftime show and the worldwide success of his Debí Tirar Más Fotos World Tour.

The adidas BadBo 1.1 will officially continue the BadBo sneaker line after multiple BadBo 1.0 colorways, along with golf and baseball cleat editions, gained attention from sneaker fans and collectors.
View this post on InstagramAccording to early details, the BadBo 1.1 is scheduled to release with a retail price of $120, making it $40 less expensive than the BadBo 1.0's original $160 launch price.
The sneaker keeps much of the original silhouette intact, including its recognizable shape, curved panel design and midsole structure. However, adidas has introduced several updates to separate the sequel from its predecessor.
Among the biggest changes is the move from leather side windows to dimpled mesh panels. The toe area also receives a redesign, replacing the flat toe cap with a suede T-toe overlay inspired by classic adidas models including the Samba, Gazelle and Handball.
Additional design changes include more exposed mesh beneath the tongue and a lower, thinner collar that creates the low-top profile. Early images show a soft pink color treatment, although adidas is expected to introduce additional colorways in the future.
The BadBo 1.1 follows a successful run for the BadBo 1.0, which quickly became one of adidas Originals' most talked-about celebrity collaborations.
Earlier this year, Bad Bunny debuted the "Resilience" BadBo 1.0 colorway during his Super Bowl LX halftime performance.
Bad Bunny wore the sneaker during his halftime appearance alongside an all-white outfit and a No. 64 jersey honoring his late uncle. The performance featured guest appearances from Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin and later earned a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Variety Special (Live).
The timing of the launch also matches Bad Bunny's continued visibility across music, television, film and fashion.
He made history when Debí Tirar Más Fotos became the first all-Spanish-language album to win the Grammy Award for Album of the Year. His Super Bowl LX halftime show became one of the most watched performances in the event's history and later received nine Primetime Emmy nominations, setting a new record for a halftime production.
His world tour has sold out venues across Europe, including multiple performances in Madrid and major stadium appearances in London.
Outside music, Bad Bunny is expanding his acting career with upcoming film projects and a role in Toy Story 5, where he voices the character Pizza With Sunglasses.
Now, with the arrival of the adidas BadBo 1.1, the global star is adding another major release to an already busy year.
