Brandi Glanville is sharing another update on her health after announcing earlier this month that the "parasite" causing her facial disfigurement had returned.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsalum, 53, shared the latest on her diagnosis journey on the Thursday, June 18, episode of her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast, revealing that when she went to a dermatologist to have a lump on her jaw examined, the test results returned with a surprise.
"I have a benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face," Glanville explained. "That could be why the fluid is going around my face."
"It came back on the blood test," the reality personality continued, adding that before going to her current dermatologist, "Every doctor that I've shown, they're like, 'It's just scar tissue.' I'm like, 'From what? I haven't had a facelift yet.'"
Lamenting that she can only wear makeup "for like 15 minutes" before having to take it off, Glanville said she was looking forward to being able to put her health problems behind her. "I just want to put a ton of makeup on again, get my hair extensions," she said. "I want to have a glow-up."
Glanville's new diagnosis comes just weeks after the Bravo personality lamented the return of the facial "parasite" she's blamed for many of her health problems.
“I don’t know what’s wrong with me, guys. I thought I was fixed and then it happened again," she said on the June 4 episode of her podcast. "And now it’s sinking in again. If I had answers, I would tell you. I’ve been to a million doctors."
Glanville said that the only treatments that had helped her over the past three years were exposure to sunlight, taking a parasite medication and implementing a "parasite diet."
"I don’t have answers," she went on. "Is there a doctor that specializes in parasites? Because I can’t find one. I’ve been to a thousand dermatologists. So anyway, we don’t know what’s going on but I’m here to get to the bottom of it."
Glanville first started experiencing health issues in July 2023 and has claimed that she can both see and feel a "parasite" moving inside of her face. In February, the model said that doctors ultimately pointed toward a ruptured silicone breast implant as the cause of her health issues.
“I was shocked, because they’re implants that I’ve had for almost 20 years, they looked fine, they felt fine, the mammogram said they were fine, it wasn’t until I had a sonogram," she told TMZ at the time. "I thought, if it's not broke, don't fix it, but I learnt a really, really hard lesson.”
