However, others didn’t mind Chalamet promoting the trading platform. One user said, “Not sure what everyone is going on about. Lots of people advertise alcohol so what's the difference with this? Nobody is forcing anyone to become addicted to betting or alcohol!!”
While this is the first time Chalamet has publicly promoted a trading service, it’s not the first time he’s been part of an ad campaign. Last year, Chalamet starred in a commercial for Cash App, which gained over 14 million views on YouTube. It gained positive fan reactions, with many applauding Chalamet for the commercial’s creativity.
