CHILI, N.Y. — State Police say an 85-year-old driver has been ticketed after a crash on the New York State Thruway left four people hurt.
It happened shortly before 3 p.m. Monday on I-90 in Chili. State Police say Willie George Jones of Niagara Falls made an improper lane change while towing a boat, hitting two motorcycles.
Four motorcyclists from Michigan were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Jones is due in Chili Town court July 16.
