BATH, N.Y. — A 21-year-old man is facing various charges after State Police say he assaulted and threatened a woman.
Brendan Miller is charged with burglary, criminal mischief, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment.
On June 2, troopers responded to a home on Cold Springs Road in Bath for a report of a disturbance involving a shovel.
State Police say they learned Miller physically assaulted and threatened a woman. They also say Miller damaged property and illegally entered the home while armed with a shovel.
Troopers found Miller shortly and took him into custody. After processing, Miller was brought to the Steuben County Jail.
