Dear Reader,
This will be a busy, fast moving and productive month. We have all heard the saying, “That will happen only once in a blue moon,” and that means quite rarely. Lo and behold, in this merry month of May we HAVE a blue moon. That happens when two full moons fall within one month. The first full moon will be in Scorpio on May 1, and the second on May 31 will be in Sagittarius. (I don’t believe there is a special word for two new moons in one month!) The last blue moon was on August 30, 2023, nearly three years ago, so a blue moon IS pretty rare.
Before I talk about the month in more detail, I want to make an announcement. Our Spring Sale for my 2026 calendar is still going on, and now that is it May, we are offering a bigger discount, approximately one-third (1/3) off the regular price. We are now selling my gorgeous 2026 calendar for $19.00 plus shipping. My calendar includes 13 months, so you still have nine months, from May 2026 through January 2027. I include January because December is a hectic month, and most of us have little time to buy a calendar!
We have re-added USPS (United States Postal Service) as a shipping option. USPS was changing their rates a little, so they asked us to temporarily drop them from the checkout until they were ready to give us their new software with corrected rates. If you have no particular deadline to receive your shipment, use USPS to receive your calendar. If you do have a deadline, I recommend FedEx, with two-day service. We never get complaints about FedEx. If you are overseas, I strongly urge you to use FedEx, for the company is the very safest currier to use, and I’m sorry to say, shipments have been lost using USPS for overseas delivery.
Now back to my look ahead at what is coming up for you. Next month will be a big moment, when Jupiter, the good fortune planet, will leave Cancer and move into Leo. We all will feel the shift, but since Jupiter is like Santa Clause, he will bring happiness to a new part of your life starting June 30.
In the meantime you have two full months to fulfill a goal that Jupiter promised you last year when he first came to Cancer on June 9. In the coming two months, here’s where the golden nuggets lie for you in May through June, before Jupiter leaves Cancer on June 30.
Aries: Improved home living conditions. New apartment or house, upgrade in furniture, and overall look and feel of the home or other property you might own or rent. Also, you currently have outstanding support from family, who love and adore you.
Taurus: Excellent travel possibilities. Also, rare opportunities to become a more skilled and sophisticated communicator. If you have a book inside you, begin writing! You could be published! In astrology it is WHEN you start that matters.
Gemini: Opportunities to make good money exist for you if you look for them!
Cancer: You are in your Emerald Year—just about every area of life shines, from career to romance, travel to home and family-related situations. You are the celestial favorite and will give up your crown on June 30. In the meantime, make the most of this. After you give pass your crown to Leo, you will enter one of the best financial years you’ve seen in over a decade.
Leo: You are waiting in the wings, about to enter your best year in 12 years, a year when just about everything will go your way. I call it your Emerald Year. This all will happen June 30, 2026, and remain until July 25, 2027. Read your forecast on astrologyzone.com for more details.
Virgo: You will gain by being out and about, making new friends and acquaintances. In fact, among the new friends you make, one might become a new love interest. It is a happy time, so socialize as much as possible. Friends will help you more than professionals if you have a question. For example, go to a friend for advice on finding a new apartment or new job. They will have your best interests at heart!
Libra: You’re still in a spectacular professional career trend and you have two more months to enjoy it. Life will become more social after Jupiter leaves on June 30, but in the meantime, keep your concentration on your career progress. You can go even further than you have so far!
Scorpio: Travel aspects glitter for you. Foreign people and places are golden, even in a work environment. If you work in publishing, broadcasting, or digital media, you are in a sweet spot—Jupiter is smiling on you. You are about to enter the biggest and most important career year of your life, once you get beyond June 30 when Jupiter enters Leo.
Sagittarius: Jupiter is in your eighth house, so you are experiencing a wonderful period for financial luck. Buy a charity raffle ticket, apply for a bank loan, pitch a venture capitalist. You can be approved for a mortgage. You have the Midas touch these days. Distant and foreign travel will come in strong from July 2026 onward. Opportunities will be everywhere you look!
Capricorn: Of all the signs, you are the most favored to marry. If you are already married, you can now make more of your marriage by committing to a new goal that you can do together. It is happy time for your personal life.
Aquarius: You have the best aspects for improved health. You also can find side work to bring in more money quite easily, if you look for it. If self-employed, finding new people to hire will be easier for you than any other sign—the people you bring on will be gems (and you will be able to afford them, too!)
Pisces: You won the jackpot for being the most favored sign to find love and romance, or to have outstanding luck and happiness with children. If you want a baby, there is no reason to wait—try for a child in May or June. Some Pisces will direct this energy into their creative efforts, which are quite impressive these days.
I will let you know next month how life will change when Jupiter moves to Leo. In the meantime, make the most of Jupiter’s visit to Cancer. He’s been in Cancer since June 9, 2025, and is set to leave soon—June 30, 2026. Go and enjoy the last golden rays he has for you!
