Lola also recalled a trip she took with Richards and Muldoon, “and you wouldn’t stop singing that Lola song to me, and made me laugh so hard. And you know that song will always make me think of you.”
She added, “I will really miss hearing my mom laugh on the phone with you. Your voice always brightened my day and I’m gonna miss hearing it but I know my mom will more, but we will never stop talking about you. Thank you for being the best friend to her. Thank you for being the one to make her laugh and forget about all she’s going through. That was a gift you had.”
Lola recognized that Muldoon and her mother’s bond was “something so special, that no one can touch.” She continued, “when I think of my mom, I think of you. You guys came as a package, and I’m so thankful I got to know you and witness a friendship so pure and special in front of my eyes. I always begged my mom, I’m sure she told you that you guys would end up back together haha, but I guess staying best friends was better anyways. You really were a rockstar, Pat, and forever will be. Have fun up there, I know you will. love you.”
