There are three things guaranteed in the world today: Death, taxes, and Jeopardy! being on. Believe it or not, the iconic game show has been on the air for over 60 years (though the modern incarnation we know and love technically debuted in 1984). Under the watchful eye of Ken Jennings (who himself was a record-breaking champion), Jeopardy! puts three people's trivia skills and reflexes to the ultimate test. And so many of the greats to grace those podiums started by simply watching the show as it aired on weekdays, as millions have done for over half a century. Here's a spoiler-filled recap of who won Jeopardy! today, plus the answer to Final Jeopardy.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to talk about Season 42 of Jeopardy! without mentioning the name Jamie Ding. The bureaucrat and law student from Lawrenceville, New Jersey, has turned Jennings' quiz show into his personal showcase, and on the Good Friday edition, he added yet another tally to his remarkable streak.
He dominated the buzzer once again, finishing with a 45.61% first-in rate (26 out of 57 clues) and racking up 32 correct responses against just 1 incorrect.
Adding $34,401 during today's game, he extended his winning streak to an impressive 16 consecutive games. His cumulative total now stands at $462,401, placing him 8th in regular-play winnings and tying him for 10th all-time in total wins.

The answer: What is Twin Peaks?
Going into Final Jeopardy, the scores were Ding at $29,400, Laurie at $17,200, and Horn at $5,400. Ding had been cruising toward his eighth consecutive runaway game, but Laurie found the last Daily Double in Double Jeopardy and doubled up through it, keeping audiences on their toes heading into the final round.
In the end, both Ding and Horn answered correctly. Ding made the standard cover bet of $5,001, finishing at $34,401. Horn wagered $4,600 to finish with a respectable $10,000, while Laurie, needing to bet big to have any shot, wagered everything ($17,200), but his response of "What is… Hi Zoe?" missed the mark, dropping him to $0. It was a tough break for the poker player, who had played a strong game up to that point.
Ding will be back on Monday, going for win number 17.
