SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. (KEYT) – One person had minor injuries after a fire at a home in the 4700 block of Frazier Lane east of Goleta Tuesday.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, crews were dispatched around 12:04 p.m. to a reported structure fire on Frazier Lane and arriving firefighters spotted smoke and flames coming from the single-story, single-family home.
Firefighters used an aggressive attack of the flames from the interior of the home and were able to successfully control and extinguish the fire explained the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
One resident of the home suffered minor injuries and received medical treatment at the scene, but no additional injuries were reported shared the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
Frazier Lane was closed to the public as crews evaluate the scene for embers and determine the exact cause of the fire added the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
