HENRIETTA, N.Y. — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says one of its deputies has been arrested after a domestic incident at a home in Henrietta.
The sheriff’s office says it happened at around 6:38 p.m. Tuesday. Deputies got to the home and say they found a man and woman in an argument.
After investigating, Ray Codera, 35, was arrested. He is charged with assault in the third degree. The sheriff’s office says Codera works for the office as a jail bureau deputy, and has been suspended pending an internal investigation.
Codera was arraigned Wednesday morning, and released to pretrial services. An order of protection was also issued.
