Winter Paralympics 2026 wheelchair curling on TV: Channel, schedule, live stream

Curling fans, it is time to get back to the ice. Wheelchair curling at Winter Paralympics 2026 is here and could be your new obsession.

The sport stole the heart of the nation at last month’s Winter Olympics, with huge numbers watching all the highs and lows intently, and there is more to come from the Cortina Curling Olympic Stadium.

ParalympicsGB have athletes competing in both the mixed team event and the mixed doubles, with the latter set to make its debut at Milano-Cortina 2026, two decades on from the sport's introduction at Torino 2006.

The aim may be simple – outscore your opponent by sliding granite stones closer to the target, the 'button' at the centre of the other end of the sheet of ice, across 10 rounds – but nothing at the Games can deliver the tension of the duel of strategy and nerve that unfolds.

Radio Times brings you our guide to wheelchair curling at the Winter Paralympics 2026.

The mixed doubles tournament begins on Wednesday 4 March, before the Games officially start, and concludes on Wednesday 11 March.

The mixed team tournament starts on Saturday 7 March and runs until Saturday 14 March.

Seven athletes will be representing Great Britain in wheelchair curling at Milano-Cortina 2026.

Jo Butterfield and Jason Kean are the pair set to compete for the first wheelchair curling mixed doubles medals at the Winter Paralympics.

The wheelchair curling mixed team is made up of Hugh Nibloe, Karen Aspey, Austin McKenzie, Stewart Pimblett, and Graeme Stewart.

Channel 4 is the main broadcaster of the Winter Paralympics 2026 for fans in the UK.

The broadcaster will show more than 60 hours of live coverage throughout the Games, which will be available on Channel 4, streaming, and on the Channel 4 Sport YouTube.

Viewers can catch up on all the best bits from the Games with Paralympics Today, a half-hour highlights show on Channel 4 and streaming from 6:30pm every evening during Milano-Cortina 2026.

TNT Sports – and streaming platform discovery+ – will also show a one-hour daily highlights show throughout Milano-Cortina 2026.
