This service aims to respond to inquiries from Egyptian communities within the jurisdiction of each diplomatic or consular mission and provide them with support and assistance as quickly as possible.

The Central hotline service for the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration for Consular Affairs has been activated at +201226858000 (WhatsApp messaging), to establish new mechanisms for communicating with Egyptian communities around the world.
This hotline operates in parallel with the hotlines of diplomatic missions abroad.
According to the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration for Consular Affairs, Haddad al-Gohary, this initiative comes upon orders from the Foreign Minister, and showcases the ministry’s investment in the well-being of Egyptian communities worldwide.
