Walking in the show for Milan Fashion Week on Friday, the supermodel stunned as she took to the catwalk in a backless, high neck, long sleeve dress, that was complete with a cheeky thong detail. The look, which closed the show, according to Vogue, drew both fans and critics who claimed the the outfit wasn't flattering, in comments of an Instagram video shared by the fashion outlet.
