Bringing Up Bates star Katie Bates embarked on a four-day intensive therapy after suffering a pregnancy loss and after her husband, Travis Clark, admitted to cheating—and UPtv fans flooded the former reality star with prayers.

On Thursday, Feb. 26, Katie, 25, took to Instagram with a get-ready-with-me video as she packed her suitcase for the mental health treatment program.

    "I honestly have no idea what to expect. This is something that’s like so out of my comfort zone," Katie confessed. "There’s been a lot of emotions this morning. I’m excited. I’m also very nervous.”

    As she packed comfortable clothing, shoes, and personal hygiene products, Katie added, "Talking about therapy feels very vulnerable for me. I’ve been doing therapy calls for the past few weeks,” she explained ahead of the four-day intensive that includes six hours of therapy per day.

    Her sister, Carlin Bates, wrote, Love you ??," as another sister, Josie Bates, echoed, "Love you."
