"This injury only made me better. More to come," he wrote on Instagram beside a vlog of his progress. He also thanked his wife, doctor, and physical therapist "for getting me through this and the recovery."
"If you're watching this, then you probably just saw me tear my Achilles on national television," he says in the video. "But that's okay, do not feel sorry for me! Let me show you everything that's happened since then."

For her part, Fraser's wife wrote, "So proud of you as always for the way you handled your injury, exit, and recovery-no one does optimism and positivity like you." She also sweetly quoted Season 50 costar Christian Hubicki in the premiere, saying, "Someday our daughter will see this."
The couple announced the happy news that they were expecting baby No. 1 together in January 2026, writing, “Baby Fraser coming to you in May 2026 [sparkle emoji href=" parade.com/living/emoji-meanings"],” beside photos showing off the sonogram images with Turner.
