Reports that Pink and Hart had called it quits began circulating on Thursday (Feb. 26), citing an unnamed source. The singer and former motocross competitor first started dating in 2001 after meeting at the 2001 Summer X Games in Philadelphia. Four years later, they got engaged before getting married in 2006 with a ceremony in Costa Rica.
Two years after that, the couple separated amicably before getting back together in 2009. In 2011, they welcomed their first child — a daughter named Willow — followed by Jameson in 2016.
“I’ve been with you longer than I haven’t,” Pink wrote in January 2025 while celebrating her 19th wedding anniversary with Hart on Instagram. “You’ve been my one constant. You have loved me, hated me, and loved me again. I love our story no matter what gets written. It is gritty and sweet. Thank you for being by my side all these years. I love you forever.”
“We’ve been together for 21 years,” Hart told Kelly Clarkson in 2023 of his famous wife penning songs about him. “I have very thick skin, so very little affects me.”
This past year, the hitmaker has posted about her husband a few times on Instagram, including on his birthday in July. At the time, she shared a photo of Hart posing with their kids as well as a handwritten list she’d made of 50 reasons why she loves him.
On New Year’s Eve, Pink shared a selfie from a hospital bed and revealed that she’d suffered a neck injury while looking back on her 2025 revelations. “I said goodbye to incredibly important people, and I said hello to new ones,” she wrote at the time. “I’ve realized dreams this year, as well as nightmares … Let’s not be afraid to take care of ourselves and others. I choose joy and I leave behind the hurt. I’m going to choose positive thoughts over negative ones.”
Pink last dropped music in 2023, releasing album Trustfall that year. The project debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, notching her ninth top 10 entry on the chart.
As the vocalist mentioned in her video, she was recently nominated for a place in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame the first year she was eligible for induction. She is one of 17 nominees in 2026, along with Mariah Carey, Oasis, the Wu-Tang Clan, Shakira and more.
