Following their 2022 album, Shinedown is ready to release their new studio record, which has been a year in the making. They're also ready to embark on their 2026 world tour that scheduled to start before summer with some popular bands as supporting artists.
Shinedown has previously teased the announcement on Instagram with a cryptic video of the number 17 flashing on old school TV sets. On Feb. 17, the band announced their 2026 world tour, with a photo of their new album cover, Ei8ht, and the tour dates for fans to get excited about.
"The Dance Kid Dance Act ll World Tour" kicks off May 13 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, before making its way across the country to Texas, Kansas, Florida, New York, New Jersey, and many more. It will make stops in Canada before ending its North American leg of the tour and venturing to Europe staring with Paris, France, on Oct. 31. The world tour will end in late November in Dublin, Ireland.
Like any good tour, there needs to be supporting guest acts, with Shinedown having some good bands on the roster. Joining the rock band will be Coheed and Cambria, Black Stone Cherry, Those Damn Crows, and From Ashes to New.
Fans should note that the guest acts will not appear at every tour stop, with the official lineup specifying which band will join Shinedown on each date. Tickets for the tour will go on sale for the North American leg on Feb. 20 at 10 AM local, with UK ticket sales beginning on Feb. 27 at 10 AM local.
