A man was shot and killed at an apartment building in North Hollywood on Saturday night.
Police responded to a call from an apartment building on the 7500 block of Laurel Canyon around 11:55 p.m., on Feb. 14, Los Angeles Police Department Officer Norma Eisenman said.
They found one man had been shot, then heard gunshots and took cover, she said. The man was moved to a safe location for medical aid but was later pronounced dead.
Three people were taken into custody, and one was being held on suspicion of murder, Eisenman said. The other two were questioned and released.
