Figure skating schedule: When to watch the remaining events at the Olympics

Figure skating’s first individual medals have arrived in ice dancing, but there are still some major figure skating performances left on the Olympic schedule.

The men’s free skate, is still to come this week, with 21-year-old phenom Ilia Malinin expected to go big as he aims for his first gold.

The pairs and women’s competitions will kick off soon after, bringing stars like Amber Glenn and Alysa Liu back onto the ice.

Here’s when you can tune into figure skating for the remainder of the Olympics.

    Ice Dance Free Dance

Did Madison Chock and Evan Bates finally achieve their long-sought gold medal in ice dance?

The free dance is underway and can be watched live at the link below:

It will all come down to the final skates, but if you can’t watch it live, you can catch it all again in primetime.

The event will air at 7:50 p.m. CT and at 8:50 p.m. CT on NBC.

    Men’s Singles Free Skate

After their short program routines on Tuesday, the men’s singles competition will conclude with their free skate — and their medals.

The program is set to begin at 12 p.m. CT.

A trio of American skaters will be vying for medals in the competition, including Malinin, who earlier won a gold medal in the team competition and sits in first place heading into the final. Known as the “quad god,” he is expected to pull out all the stops for the medal skate, which could include a jump only he has ever landed in competition.

Andrew Torgashev and Maxim Naumov both got off to good starts in the short program on Tuesday.

You can tune into the free skate at the link below.

Pairs – Short Program and Free Skate

Pairs skating, featuring Chicago-area skater Danny O’Shea and his partner Ellie Kam, will hit the ice for their short program routines on Sunday at 12:45 p.m. CT. They’ll then be back on the ice Monday for the free skate, which will get underway at 1 p.m.

O’Shea and Kam skated their best performance ever as they helped lift Team USA to team gold earlier in the competition.

Three prominent skaters will all be vying for their shots at a medal: Alysa Liu, Amber Glenn and Isabeau Levito.

“I haven’t seen a U.S. women’s team this strong in 20 years,” Olympic gold medalist and commentator Tara Lipinski told NBC Olympics.

Glenn and Liu both skated in the team event and won gold.
