ALBANY, N.Y. — New York Governor Kathy Hochul is set to deliver her 2026 State of the State address on Tuesday. This marks her fifth time delivering the speech.
Hochul is expected to outline her legislative goals for the coming year, including efforts to eliminate ghost guns and prevent them from being 3D printed. She also says she wants more done about child care access across the state, including universal child care for children under five.
