Turner is a 6-foot-2, 207-pound product of Decatur, Ga., so after staying in SEC country to spend his first season on the Plains he’s apparently headed elsewhere for the 2026 season. Wherever Turner lands to play next fall, he’ll have 4 years of eligibility remaining.
Despite being a high-profile recruit in the 2025 class, Turner failed to make an impact in his one season at Auburn, appearing in only 3 games, playing only a combined 27 snaps and catching 0 passes. Turner was targeted 2 times way back in Week 2 in the Tigers’ victory over Ball State but didn’t make a catch, according to Pro Football Focus.

Auburn has already been crushed at the wide receiver position with talent heading elsewhere for next season, with Turner being the 6th Tigers wide receiver to reveal that he’s heading to the transfer portal.
