While answering fan questionsvia his Instagram Stories on December 16, Flay revealed his anticipated 2026 New Year's Resolutions. He threw out two that came to mind. One had to do with Williamson, and the other was about his daughter, Sophie Flay.

The Food Network icon revealed that his New Year's Resolutions are "to be the best boyfriend possible to Brooke and the most supportive Dad to Sophie."
