A Ukiah man was arrested this week for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman while she was asleep, the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office reported. According to the MCSO, Cody Martin, 27, of Ukiah, was charged with “sexual penetration with a foreign object without consent” following an incident in the 2100 block of Black Hawk Drive in Willits. Deputies responded to that address around 9:50 a.m. Feb. 9 after a 28-year-old Ukiah woman reported being sexually assaulted. The woman told deputies that she attended a party at the residence the night before, and had gone into a bedroom by herself. She said she closed the door and fell asleep fully clothed, then later woke up to someone touching her,
