GROVELAND, N.Y. — A man from Groveland is facing charges after deputies say he shot a pellet gun at them.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Limber Jimenez shot a pellet gun at deputies when they responded for reports of a disturbance involving a weapon at a home on Sunday.
When deputies got there, they say they saw Jimenez leaving out the front door with a high-powered pellet gun, firing the gun as deputies approached.
Jimenez was arrested and charged with felony attempted assault in the first degree, and the following:
Felony reckless endangerment in the first degree Felony menacing a police officer or peace officer Misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degreeHe was later arraigned and held on $15,000 cash, or $75,000 partially secured bond.
