Actress Eliza Dushku, 44, is celebrating the 17th anniversary of her sobriety.
Dushku took to her Instagram account on November 27 to share the major milestone with her fans.
"Having my 17th (!!) sober anniversary fall on Thanksgiving Day this year felt so apropos… beyond grateful for every single blessing in my life today. That about sums it up," wrote Dushku in the caption of the post.
She also gave her Instagram followers well-wishes and offered the number for the sober National Helpline.

Eliza Dushku Gave a Message About Her Sobriety in 2017
Dushku spoke about her sobriety while on stage for the NH Youth Summit on Opioid Awareness in 2017. She said while she is "a good person," she "didn't make good decisions" when she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
"I got sober for my family, but today, I'm sober for me, and I'm sober for you, because drugs and alcohol are powerful. But we're more powerful," continued Dushku, who shares two children, Philip "Bourne," 6, and Bodan "Bodie," 4, with her husband, Peter Palandjian.
She also shared that she has enjoyed her life being sober and decided to attend college.
People magazine reported that Dushku, who has stepped away from acting, attended graduate school at the Massachusetts college, Lesley University. Dushku received a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling in June 2025, per the publication.
