Lucky Energy is releasing a "fiery" and fizzy new flavor—but only for a limited time.
The two-year-old energy drink brand's new addition comes as part of what it calls its "cheekiest campaign yet," featuring a familiar face: reality TV star and podcaster Brittany Cartwright.
"It's no secret that some energy drinks carry the same 'ick factor' people talk about in today's dating world," Hamid Saify, chief marketing officer at Lucky Energy, said in a Nov. 26 statement, teasing the new campaign and past comments made by Cartwright. "Lucky Energy sets a higher standard."
Lucky Energy Debuts New Limited-Edition Flavor Inspired by Brittany Cartwright's Kentucky Roots
Lucky Energy was founded by CEO Richard Laver and debuted in late 2023 as a "better for you" energy drink made with "simple, clean" ingredients, zero sugar and calories. In the two years since, the startup has grown to become incredibly popular in the space, raised over $60 million in funding, and landed in some of the biggest grocery and convenience retailers nationwide (including 7-Eleven, Albertsons, Circle K, Safeway, ShopRite, Speedway and Stop & Shop).

It also drew the attention of theVanderpump Rules alum, who couldn't have been more excited to partner with the brand to "send all the ick" away and promote a new flavor inspired by her Kentucky roots: Rawt in Hail Strawberry Lemonade.
"Lucky Farms is where we send all the ick: bad dates, weird habits, and those energy drinks with more chemicals than flavor," Cartwright, 36, joked, adding, "Lucky Energy keeps it clean and ick-free, so saying yes to building this world together was easy."
The fictional farm Lucky Energy built with Cartwright is expanding into the real world in a sense, debuting its "sweet, tart and a little bit fiery" new flavor that's officially described as a sparkling strawberry lemonade and "the perfect sip for anyone who's ever muttered 'rawt in hail' under their breath after their partner does something aggressively icky," like slurping soup or having a "finsta."
Each can of Lucky Energy Rawt in Hail Strawberry Lemonade—as well as all of the brand's other flavors—contains 200 milligrams of caffeine (which is slightly higher than a regular Monster but about the same as other lifestyle energy drinks like Alani Nu and Bloom Nutrition) and five "super" ingredients: taurine for focus, caffeine for energy, maca to boost mood, beta-alanine for endurance, and ginseng for stamina.
"With 33 percent fewer ingredients, we offer a cleaner, simpler, genuinely great-tasting option for those choosing to leave the ick behind," Saify added.
View this post on InstagramThe new flavor will only be around for a limited time, at brick-and-mortar retailers that typically carry other Lucky Energy offers as well as online via the Lucky Energy website, Amazon, or the TikTok shop, where it's available in 12-packs of 12-ounce cans for about $29 regularly. Online shoppers can score 30 percent off Black Friday weekend when they order via the Lucky Energy website using code LUCKOUT.
