    WOMEN’S 200 IM – Prelims

NCAA Record: 1:48.37, Kate Douglass (Virginia) – 2023 2026 NCAA Qualifying Time: 1:57.88 2025 NCAA Invite Time: 1:56.69

    ‘A’ Final Qualifiers:

    Grace Rabb (Florida) – 1:57.08 Ieva Maluka (Georgia) – 1:57.13 Lainy Kruger (Florida) – 1:58.58 Zoe Carlos-Broc (LSU)- 1:58.96 Olivia Dellatorre (Georgia) – 1:59.32 Molly Mayne (Florida) – 2:00.60 Isabella Chavez-Varela (Bama) – 2:00.75 Sydney Sanders (Bama) – 2:00.87

LSU Sophomore Zoe Carlos-Broc was the first to hit a sub 2:00 time this morning, doing so out of heat 3. The French native dropped a 1:58.96, which is a little over a second off her personal best of 1:57.70, set at a dual meet against FSU and Alabama set earlier this month.

In heat 4, Florida’s Grace Raab swam a 1:57.08 to qualify in first. The freshman, who owns a PB of 1:55.64 from Winter Juniors in 2023, split 25.77/28.65/34.20/28.46, and had the fastest middle 100 of the field. With this swim, Rabb was slightly off her season best of 1:57.00, which was set at Florida’s dual meet against Virginia in October.

Qualifying closely behind in the next heat was the top seed in this event, Georgia’s Ieva Maluaka. She swam a 1:57.13, short of her season best 1:56.90 and personal best 1:54.43. Maluka has been in good form this meet however, as she was the winner of the 400 IM on Day 2. She clocked a 4:06.20, so we can likely expect a close race between her and Rabb tonight.

Lainey Kruger recorded a huge season best with her 1:58.58, shaving over 2 seconds off the 2:01.09 she swam against Virginia. Her personal best stands at 1;54.08, set at SECs earlier this year to win the ‘B’ final.

Olivia Dellatorre qualified in 5th with a time of 1:59.32 to round out the sub 2-minute swimmers this morning, hitting a new season best by 1.85 seconds.

The Alabama duo of Isabella Chavez-Varela and Sydney Sanders round out the top 8. Sanders’ time marked a new personal best by 0.71 seconds, while Chavez-Varela has been as fast as 1:59.82 in her career and 2:00.08 this season.

    MEN’S 200 IM – Prelims

NCAA Record: 1:36.34, Leon Marchand (ASU) – 2023 2026 NCAA Qualifying Time: 1:44.13 2025 NCAA Invite Time: 1:42.65

    ‘A’ Final Qualifiers:

    Cale Martter (Georiga) – 1:44.29 Drew Hitchcock (Georgia) – 1:44.41 Finn Hammer (Georgia) – 1:45.05 Aiden Norman (Florida) – 1:45.60 Mathias Christensen (FSU) 1:45.64 Nil Cadevall (FSU) – 1:45.64 / Elliot Woodburn (Georgia) – 1:46.11 — Caleb Maldari (Floria) – 1:47.24

Though Luca Urlando, the top seed, ended up scratching out of the event, the Bulldogs didn’t miss a beat. Led by senior Cale Martter, Georgia qualified swimmers in first through third up, along with a tie for sixth, to take up half the pool tonight. Martter, who is a transfer from Arizona State and the reigning Big 12 Champion in this event, owns a personal best of 1:42.28. Today’s 1:44.29 however, marks a new season best, as his fastest time this season was a 1:45.86 swam against Southern Carolina. Pending other invites’ results, that time slots him in at 12th in the NCAA this season.

Sophomore Drew Hitchcock, winner of the 400 IM in 3:39.57 at this meet, qualified in 2nd with a 1:44.41 season best. Hitchcock has been as quick as a 1:42.94, a time he swam at NCAAs his freshman season to take 32nd in prelims.

German freshman Finn Hammer, who is a European Junior bronze medalist in this event from 2024, showed off his quick adjustment to yards swimming with a 2 second personal best. This is just his 3rd time swimming this event in SCY, and he came into today with a PB of 1:47.11.

Elliot Woodburn, who won the 100 breast earlier in the meet, rounds out the Bulldogs that will swim in the finals tonight. This marks a new PB for the English native, who came into the day with a best of 1:46.49, set at SECs earlier this year.

Out of heat 1, Nil Cadevall qualified in 6th overall with a 7 second personal best. The freshman from Spain, who has only swam the event in yards once prior, was the silver medalist at European Juniors in this event back in 2024.

Both Aiden Norman and Caleb Maldari of Florida made it back tonight as well. Norman recorded a huge best, shaving over a second off his previous PB of 1:46.81. Maldari meanwhile, has been as fast as 1:44.99, though this does mark a new season best.

    WOMEN’S 100 Fr – Prelims

NCAA Record: 44.71, Gretchen Walsh (Virginia) – 2025 2026 NCAA Qualifying Time: 48.60 2025 NCAA Invite Time: 48.11

Alabama’s Cadence Vincent maintained her standing and dropped 0.07 from her seed time and season best. Vincent owns a personal best of 47.43, which was set at prelims of 2025 NCAAs. She went on to take 10th overall, recording a 47.49 in finals.

Vincent was the only swimmer under the 48 barrier, but 2 other members of the Crimson Tide joined her under the 49 mark. Van Brunt swam a huge personal best, shaving 0.99 seconds off her PB set at the dual meet against LSU and FSU. Scott, who took 6th in the 50 free, has been as fast as 47.94, Alabama will fill 4 of 8 lanes tonight, as Charlotte Rosendale set a new PB by 0.01 seconds to take the final spot.

South African native Michaela De Villiers swam to the second seed with a 48.11, just 0.03 off her best time. She was the runner up in the 50 free earlier in the meet behind Vincent, so we can expect another tight dual between the two tonight. Georgia’s Landreneau, LSU’s Lyn, and Florida’s Bezerra round out the rest of tonight’s ‘A’ finalists.

    MEN’S 100 Fr – Prelims

NCAA Record: 39.83, Jordan Crooks (Tennessee) – 2025 2026 NCAA Qualifying Time: 42.55 2025 NCAA Invite Time: 41.95

Defending national champion in this event, Josh Liendo, qualified in 2nd. Liendo has been on fire already this meet, posting a 43,42 in the 100 fly and 18.40 in the 50 free. Due to competing at the short course world cup, he only has one yards meet under his belt this season, making this 41.98 his season best.

Stepan Goncharov hit a 42.32 season best to qualify in 3rd. The time is slightly off his PB of 41.95, set at the 2024 edition of this meet. Olson, Bidois, Bork, and Yeboah all lowered their season bests as well.

    WOMEN’S 200 Fly – Prelims

Sofia Sartori, a 2x SEC finalist in this event, held on to her top seed with a 1:55.50. The time is off her personal best of 1:53.34, set at LSU’s dual against FSU and Alabama, but faster than what she went at this meet last year by over 2 seconds (1:57.95).

LSU teammate Giulia Zambelli also held onto her seed, though like Sartori, she has been faster—at LSU’s dual against Tulane, Rice, and Houston, she posted a best time of 1:53.76. The Italian has made huge strides this season, as she her PB coming into this season was a 1:56.24, set at SECs earlier this year to take 19th.

The Florida duo of Addison Reese and Michaela Mattes took the next two spots. Reese’s time was a season best, as her PB sits at 1:54.14, while Mattes’ swim marked a new best time by over a second. Her previous best was a 1:57.97, set in Florida’s dual meet against Georgia in late October.
