Unexpected star Myrka Cantu revealed a traumatic event that left her infant son with a fractured skull.
"I really contemplated filming this but [s--t is] just too real," Cantu, 22, captioned a November 14 Instagram update. "Bring on the mom shaming at this point I deserve it."
The reality star -- who announced the birth of her third child, a son named Alejandro Uriel, back in January -- revealed that the 10-month-old fell off the bed in the middle of the night. After rushing him to the emergency room, they were transferred to a children's hospital.
"He did fracture his skull, and he had a brain bleed," she explained. "He is doing extremely well. It is not something that surgery can fix."

"As safe as I was, nothing could have prevented him falling off while we were asleep, other than him sleeping in his own crib ALONE," she added in her caption. "My baby is so strong I’m so inspired by him and I know we will look back at this teaching moment and be grateful for it ONE DAY. For now it’s FML and give me a FKN break."
Fans and friends rallied around the young mom -- who is currently pregnant and expecting her fourth child -- with the comments section.
"It’s happened to me, it’s happened to so many moms I know. And no one talks about the guilt that comes with that," one fan commented. "But you honestly just live and learn. Praying for your family love!"
Another added, "Give yourself lots of grace, you are pregnant and tired! This is a bad moment, not a bad life."
"Accidents happen give yourself some grace!! Your babies are loved and well cared for," a third chimed in.
