ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man was sentenced to at least 35 years in prison for killing one man and attempting to kill another following a bar fight.
In February, Malcolm Bryant shot and killed Robert Prescott in the parking lot of a bar on Thurston Road. He also shot another man, who survived.
Prescott had been involved in a fight with a friend inside the bar before Bryant followed them outside and opened fire.
In September, Bryant was found guilty of murder, attempted murder, and criminal possession of a weapon.
