I was pleased with the hinge’s rigidity and the mechanism’s ability to open and close without losing support. You can open the stand to approximately 45 degrees to enjoy an upright phone or assume various recumbent positions. If you open the stand to 30-45 degrees, you can enjoy horizontal mode. Additionally, you can rotate the phone 90 degrees to the stand and still enjoy a strong magnetic attachment. When done, either fold the stand back into the phone or rotate the stand back. Carry your phone, wallet, and kickstand comfortably within a pocket, holster, or purse.
