Men’s Recap
Louisville racked up 209 points to best Kentucky’s 91 points, but it was Wildcat freshman Falemana Tuufui who stole the show with two program records over the course of the meet.
In just his third collegiate meet, Tuufui blasted into the wall in a time of 19.25 in the 50 free to become the fastest Wildcat in history in the event. The French swimmer shaved .02 off of the school record, which was set by Peter Wetzler with a time of 19.27 in 2020. Tuufui narrowly clinched the victory in the 50 free, racing into the wall just .05 ahead of Louisville freshman Nikita Sheremet.
