Enjoy the 17th annual Pomona Chalk Art Festival on Saturday, Nov. 8. And it’s free!
You can compete for a prize, join for fun or just observe. This year’s theme is “Diversity.”
The festival takes place 7:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. at the Shaun Diamond Plaza, 202 W. 2nd St., in downtown Pomona. If you want to enter to draw, sign up before 9 a.m. Check-in starts at 7:30 a.m. There’s entertainment from 11:30 a.m. to noon. Chalking ends at 1:30 p.m. and the judging begins.
There will also be fun activities throughout the day, including story time, puppet shows and crafts. Winners will be announced from 2:15 to 2:45 p.m. Learn more by emailing [email protected] or calling 909-620-2253.
