Yesterday I wrote a couple pieces about Connor Bedard. One was about his contract situation. The other was about Bedard having the best calendar month of his NHL career (so far). The two play hand-in-hand. Bedard waiting to sign a deal was betting he was going to have a big year. So far, he is.
