One of the most popular Chicago attractions will soon come to an end for the 2025 season.
The Chicago Architecture Center River Cruise, which takes tours on the Chicago River will run its final architecture river cruise for this year on Nov. 23, according to the center. According to the company, the 90-minute tour runs aboard the First Lady, known as the city’s “most luxurious fleet.”
Guests can ride the beloved tour in the open deck or within a climate-controlled cabin with large windows. Daily boat tour departure times are 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m. 3 p.m. or 5 p.m.
“Learn about the architects who created our city’s magnificent buildings—and the stories behind them,” a description of the tour reads. “Along the way, you’ll also hear how Chicago grew from a small settlement into one of the world’s largest cities.”
