After months of speculation that The Young and the Restless star Christel Khalil (Lily) was pregnant, the answer has been confirmed.
In June, fans began to wonder if Khalil was expanding her family when Lily was suddenly filmed in a different way. Lily tended to appear sitting down or with a big bag around her midsection.

Those tend to be signs that an actress is pregnant in real life, but the show tries to hide them for a couple of reasons. One is that the character isn’t pregnant, or, as in the case of Khalil, the actress hasn’t announced her pregnancy.
Khalil has done a great job of keeping her pregnancy private. However, thanks to a backstage Halloween dance party at The Young and the Restless, there is no hiding it anymore.
Eric Braeden (Victor) shared a reel of several of his co-stars dressed in costume, watching him channel his inner Michael Jackson. In the footage, shared to his Instagram, Khalil and her baby bump are on full display.
The actress is wearing white pants and a black tank top, dancing in front of Billy Flynn (Cane). At one point, she can be spotted holding her growing belly.

This is Khalil’s third child. She shares her son, Michael, with her ex-husband, Stephen Hensley. Almost two years ago, Kahlil welcomed her second son, Remy, with fiancé Sam Restagno. The couple was married in the fall of 2024 in Italy.
Khalil is notoriously private about her personal life. Although she subtly announced her second pregnancy, she did not reveal when her son was born or that she got married, which makes it no surprise that she was trying to keep baby No. 3 under wraps for as long as possible.

A couple of fans commented on the Instagram post that they knew she was expanding her family.
“I KNEW Lily was pregnant ??,” expressed one such fan, prompting other replies like, “you weren’t fooled by her oversized purses and black wardrobe?!” and “we all did!”
The pregnancy means that The Young and the Restlessfans should prepare for Lily to be off-screen for a while, so Khalil can enjoy her maternity leave.
