GATES, N.Y. — Crews responded to a house fire Monday morning on Tandoi Drive, just off Wegman Road in Gates.
Firefighters took about an hour to control the flames. The fire caused significant damage to the roof of the home.
The Gates Fire Chief tells us it was hard for crews to take a look at certain parts of the house, because the floors on the first and second floors had holes. The house was under renovations, so no one was home.
Officials say no one was injured, but the fire is still under investigation.
