LaunchPad Home Group Inc., a Houston-based provider of home-inspection and residential services, has acquired Scott Home Services LLC, based in Berthoud.
LaunchPad also acquired Berthoud-based Attik Field Service Solutions LLC, a technology platform for the home-inspection industry.
LaunchPad already operates in Colorado through Axium Inspections LLC.
Scott Home Services, founded in 2006 by George and Ann Scott, offers residential inspections, radon and sewer testing, infrared and mold inspections, and energy and mechanical design consulting. The company also provides Denver rental license inspections and HERS compliance testing for builders, property managers and homeowners.
“We chose to partner with LaunchPad because they share our values and deep commitment to both clients and team members,” George Scott, founder of Scott Home Services, said in a press release. “Their leadership team understands the home inspection industry inside and out, which gave us the confidence that our people and our brand would be well supported. This partnership opens up exciting new opportunities for our team’s growth, while preserving the high level of service our clients rely on.”
Attik Field Solutions’ software streamlines reporting and the inspection-to-repair experience for homebuyers and agents nationwide. The software enables agents to generate a digital repair list directly from an inspector’s recommendations and share it with preferred repair partners for a 24-hour all-in-one quote.
As part of the acquisition, Chris Scott joins LaunchPad as vice president for product development, leading innovation and platform integration across all brands, the companies said, and will focus on advancing LaunchPad’s technology infrastructure and expanding digital tools.
LaunchPad CEO Scott Swayze said Scott Home Services has earned tremendous respect for its professionalism, modern reporting, and technical excellence.
“The addition of Attik Field Solutions takes that same commitment to excellence and scales it nationally, creating a connected ecosystem that simplifies homeownership, empowers agents, and delivers a modern customer experience unmatched in our industry,” Swayze said.
The Attik platform will roll out across LaunchPad’s national portfolio in the coming months, connecting inspection data, repair estimates, and post-inspection services within a single digital ecosystem.
Scott Home Services will continue operating under its existing brand while leveraging LaunchPad’s centralized marketing, technology, and operational infrastructure, according to the press release.
