HELEN Flanagan has thrown shade at her ex-partner Scott Sinclair -ahead of her candid new book.
Actress and model Helen, 35, took aim at her footballer ex Scott, 36, in a jabbing clip on her Instagram Stories.
The former couple share daughters Matilda, 10, Delilah, 7, and son Charlie, 4, and have been co-parenting since their 2022 split after 13 years together.
Helen shared a post originating from @pettycoparenting101 which read: “You can’t just go around calling your kids’ dad a b*****.”
The cheeky meme was paired with a clip of rapper Usher dancing and pulling a knowing face.

The Rosie Webster actress said previously: “I was going to have to revisit painful times, digging deep into experiences I’d have much rather left buried in the past.”
She continued: “I’ve made mistakes, I’ve been hurt and I’ve had to rebuild from rock bottom, but I’ve also learned, grown and come out the other side a better, stronger person.
“Telling my truth meant no hiding – no glossing over or airbrushing.”
Rosie Webster actress Helen admitted the footballer previously “blocked” her after a particularly feisty row.
Helen told how Scott had banned her from contacting him – because they did “each others’ heads in”.
She went onto explain that she “cared for him” but they “don’t like each other”.
She previously talked about how they were very toxic together, which was especially difficult as she openly “struggles with her mental health“.
Helen recently shared an emotional moment with fans, admitting she was finding co-parenting tough.
She confessed: “I really, really struggle. I really struggle when they go away and I only like them going away if I’m doing something… I’m suffering really badly with anxiety at the moment.”
The mum-of-three split from her boyfriend Robbie Talbot in May.
They met in a bar last year and he moved in that September, but Helen later told him it wasn’t working out.
Last January she got a six-month ban after her Audi, driven by former footballer Robbie, was clocked speeding twice in 16 days.
Helen, who has spoken openly about “losing all her money” in the past, recently opened up being forced to downsize her family home.
She has now been forced to slash the price of her eight-bedroom £1million Cheshire mansion that she shared with her ex Scott.
