Yashasvi Jaiswal has once again shown why he is one of India’s brightest young stars in Test cricket by scoring his seventh Test century in the ongoing second and final Test against the West Indies at the Arun Jaitley Cricket Stadium in New Delhi.
The young Indian opener reached the milestone with a soft flick through backward square leg off Khary Pierre on the opening day of the final Test against the West Indies on October 10. Jaiswal started carefully, reading the pitch and the bowlers, before settling in and taking control.

Once the left-handed batter got his eye in, he found gaps with ease, moved beautifully against the spin, and made the most of every loose delivery. After reaching the milestone against the West Indies, Jaiswal took a moment to celebrate with the Delhi crowd and the Indian dressing room.

Yashasvi removed his helmet, raised his bat, made a heart sign, and blew kisses to the cheering fans, enjoying a special moment wholeheartedly. Indian head coach Gautam Gambhir and other supporting staff have also given him a standing ovation and clapped as they celebrated the youngster’s ton. His teammates also celebrated Jaiswal's milestone.
