Al-Mustafa said in a post on X platform on that the repeal of the Caesar Act is “a new success for Syria’s active diplomacy and for the tireless efforts of many sincere Syrians from the expatriate community” in the United States who spared no effort in this endeavor.
“A major obstacle has been removed on a long path toward development, prosperity, and stability,” of the Syrian people, Al- Mustaf said adding that “The march of liberation has taken its first steps, and it will be completed through unifying Syria and its people.”
