(KRON) -- An adult was found dead Thursday morning at a San Jose high school, police confirmed to KRON4.
San Jose police and fire departments responded just before 7 a.m. to Independence High School on North Jackson Avenue on the report of an unconscious adult. Arriving SJFD personnel declared the person deceased at the scene.
The identity of the person has not been publicly released.
No further information surrounding the death was immediately known. It is unclear if the person was found deceased inside a school building or outside on campus grounds.
