Fantasy Football QB Rankings, Who Should I Add Off Waiver Wires:

Jaxson Dart (Giants) was the highest recommended QB waiver wire pickup this week.

    Analysis

In game two of the Jaxson Dart era, the rookie QB threw nearly twice as many yards (202), twice as many touchdowns (two), and two extra interceptions in comparison to his debut game against the Chargers. He has logged 17+ fantasy points in each of his first two starts, but most importantly by far, he has rushed for 50+ yards in both games. In fact, no other quarterback is averaging more rushing yards per game as a starter than Dart (54.0).

The best thing about this weapon in Dart’s arsenal is that it compensates for a bad offense, bad weapons, and bad matchups, and gives him a surprisingly high floor. If you’re looking to stream in a pinch, he’s a pretty easy play, and you may able to ride Dart rest of season if the air attack continues to improve.

Recommendation: Should be added or streamed in 12-team leagues

Who are the best sleeper options in the Week 6 Fantasy Football QB Rankings?

Here are two of the best options to pick up on waiver wires, depending on your league size.

    Sam Darnold (Seahawks) at Jaguars

Darnold completed a staggering 82.4% of his passes against the Buccaneers. He has now completed 73.1% of his attempts for the season, which is on pace to be the highest mark of his career. While his yardage totals haven’t always been great, Darnold has racked up multiple touchdowns in three of the last four games. This comes on the heels of him finishing last season with 35 touchdown passes with the Vikings.

The Seahawks will catch the Jaguars on a short week after they played the Chiefs on Monday Night Football. The Jaguars have a winning record, but they rank 22nd in aFPA to quarterbacks. Part of their struggles against quarterbacks is that they have generated just seven sacks all season. With how well Darnold is playing right now, this matchup against the Jaguars shouldn’t scare fantasy managers away from streaming him.

    Cam Ward (Titans) at Raiders

Cam Ward entered the league with plenty of hype, but his initial contributions leave a lot to be desired on the fantasy side of things. While he threw for a season high 265 yards in Week 5 against the Cardinals, he didn’t record a touchdown. He has three games without a touchdown and has just two total touchdowns for the season. Another concerning stat is that he has completed fewer than 58% of his passes in four of his five games.

As bad as things have been, the Raiders can make even the worst of quarterbacks worth considering in deep formats. In Week 3, they allowed 207 passing yards, 40 rushing yards, and two total touchdowns to the Commanders’ backup quarterback Marcus Mariota. The Raiders have allowed 27.8 points per game, which is the eighth-highest mark in the league. The Titans have allowed the seventh-most points per game, so this could end up being a shootout. If there was ever a week to take a chance on Ward, this is it.
