Tech billionaire Elon Musk's SpaceX, which has five of the seven missions, was awarded contracts worth $714 million; ULA's contracts are worth $428 million.
The missions include satellites for the National Reconnaissance Office and the Wideband Global SATCOM system that supports the military's communications network.
Launches will begin in 2027 once the spacecraft are ready.
Blue Origin is also cleared to compete for national security missions, but its New Glenn rocket has not yet been certified for national security launches.
SpaceX, with its reusable Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets, continues to be the dominant player in space.
The Space Force anticipates a total of 54 launches in the program in the coming years.
