Enzo Maresca was sent off after channelling his inner Jose Mourinho as Chelsea dramatically beat Liverpool 2-1.
Brazilian starlet Estevao netted his first Blues goal in the sixth minute of second half stoppage time to spark bedlam at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea head coach Maresca, who was booked earlier in the match, went sprinting down the touchline to join in with the celebrations.
However, referee Anthony Taylor showed him a second yellow card to put a dampener on his joy.
Maresca will not be on the touchline when Chelsea return from the international break to face Nottingham Forest on October 18.
The celebration was similar to that of legendary manager Mourinho.
He iconically ran down the Old Trafford touchline when his Porto side beat Manchester United in their 2004 Champions League clash.
Mourinho did the same during his second spell at Chelsea when they won against Paris Saint-Germain in the same competition in 2014.
Liverpool meanwhile have lost a third consecutive match, all of which have come within a week.
A 2-1 defeat at Crystal Palace last weekend was followed by their 1-0 loss to Galatasaray in the Champions League on Wednesday.
