The paparazzo also told him that folks were wishing him the best, and the Euphoria actor replied, "Thank you, brother."

Dane donned a black jacket and black pants with white sneakers during the sighting and was pushed out of the airport by an aide, the outlet reported.
In a recent video posted on TikTok, Dane spoke with California Congressman Eric Swalwell about ALS in Washington, D.C.
@swalwellericIt was an honor to meet with @iamalsorg and my friend @realericdane to discuss the urgent need for progress in the fight against ALS. From investing in innovative treatments to ensuring access to quality care, we must do more to support patients, families, and researchers.

Well, then it precludes them from being part of these clinical trials. That’s why Act for ALS is so great because it broadens the access for everybody.”
Dane later told Swalwell, "I wan to ring every bell. I have two daughters at home. I wanna see them graduate college, get married, maybe have grandkids. I wanna be there for all that. So, I’m gonna fight until the last breath on this one.”
The actor and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, share two daughters, Billie, 15, and Georgia, 13.
Dane announced his amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) diagnosis in April 2025. According to the Mayo Clinic, ALS is a nervous system disease affecting nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. It causes loss of muscle control and gets worse with time; there is no cure.
“I am grateful to have my loving family by my side as we navigate this next chapter," he told People. “I feel fortunate that I am able to continue working and am looking forward to returning to set of Euphoria next week. I kindly ask that you give my family and I privacy during this time.”
