WEBSTER, N.Y. — A Webster teen who set his family’s home on fire, killing his father and two brothers, is up for parole.
A hearing for Michael Pilato is set for this week. News10NBC covered this case back in December 2011.
Pilato, who was 15 at the time, poured gasoline inside his adopted family’s home on Cardile Drive in Webster and then lit it on fire. His mother and sister escaped.
In 2013, Pilato was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.
