Country music fans, it's official: The host of the 2025 CMA Awards has officially been announced less than two months before showtime.
On Tuesday morning, ABC and the Country Music Association announced that Lainey Wilson will be hosting the awards this year, which are scheduled to take place on November 19 at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena.

"The bell-bottom queen is ready, are y’all?" the post's caption said.
Judging by the comments, it seems like fans truly are ready for this. On the CMA's Instagram post about Wilson hosting, one fan wrote, "I’m driving to work and I am yelling 'Yes! Yes! Yes!' This is a great news!!!" while another added, "Let me get my formal bell bottoms ready."
In a statement, the 33-year-old singer — who is best known for hits like "Heart Like a Truck" and "Watermelon Moonshine" — shared her excitement for the upcoming gig.
“I grew up watching the CMA Awards like it was the Super Bowl, so to be hosting for a second year is a true honor," she said, via Deadline. "I’m humbled that CMA has trusted me with this role, and I can’t wait to love on this genre that has given me so much.”
